Home Groups & Growth Group

As the name suggests these are small groups that meet in homes for fellowship, fun, Bible Study and prayer - a great way to get to know people better and share with them on a regular basis.  Most of our groups are interdenominational.

Existing home groups meet on: 

Tuesday evening - meets in the meeting room of the Parish Centre on Church Hill, Carrigrohane, we are a mixture of Church backgrounds and ages, with lots of different life experiences.  We have studied many topics relating to Christian knowledge and practice, as well as the Scriptures, and arrange some special and social events - starting again in September.

Wednesday morning - meeting fortnightly in the Meeting Room of the Parish Centre.  Fellowship is built through Bible study, discussion on selected topics and prayer.  Everyone is welcome.

Wednesday evening - meeting in Carrigrohane, this group is a mixture of ages and backgrounds.  We join in Bible study, discussion, prayer - and some good food!

Growth Group - meeting in Blarney church - on Tuesday evenings from the end of September.  We seek to grow in discipleship of Jesus Christ.  Our evenings include worship, teaching and Bible study.  While we are larger than the usual home group, we discuss and pray together in smaller groups.  All participants should have done an Alpha Course (or equivalent) or be willing to join one at the next opportunity.  We are regularly involved in outreach activities.
