The Lighthouse happens on one Sunday afternoon each month in the Church of the Resurrection, Blarney from 3.30-5pm.
The next ones are Sunday 7th October; Sunday 11th November; Sunday 9th December 2012 
What is it? A fun way for all the family to think explore a theme from the Bible through songs, stories, crafts and activities.
Who is it for? All the family, with activities aimed at 3-12 year olds – and the young at heart. Prepare to get messy, to create food, junk things, tunnel through stuff, colour banners, make jewellery/cards/flowers........At each event, there are 8-10 different activities and everyone is to free to move around and try things out. Everyone is welcome, there is a play space for younger children. You don’t have to have any connection with the Church to come along and enjoy the fun.
What does it cost? There is no charge but donations are welcome. Refreshments will be served.
