Toddler Groups  

In Blarney Church on Tuesday mornings in term time from 10am - 11.45am 

and in the Parish Centre, Carrigrohane on Friday mornings in term time from 10.15am - 11.45am.  We have a new system in Carrigrohane whereby we ask you to pre-book your place with us each week.  We now have a new mobile number which you can text to book a place.  This will save you from coming and being turned away if we are full, and help with queuing, especially when the weather's bad.  If we are full by the time you text us, we can book you in for the next session that suits you.  However, we are not in a position to accept block bookings.  We feel that this is the fairest system for all, as we hate having to turn people away!  Please book by Thursday each week and give the names of each adult and child that will be attending.  We will text you back to confirm your place, but please be patient as it may not be immediately.  Only book if you can come.  If you have booked and then can't make it, please text us as soon as possible, so we can offer the place to someone else.  The phone number is 085-7758511.

Special Saturday Toddlers

 An extra-special one off group held in Carrigrohane Parish Centre on a Saturday morning was enjoyed so much it might be repeated. Hosted by one of the Parish House Groups, it was especially for all those who don't get a chance to go with their kids to the regular weekday groups. Watch this space!

10th Anniversary Celebrations in Blarney!

The Toddler group began in Blarney more than 10 years ago - which is hard to believe!  From a small beginning it has gone from strength to strength and is now often full to capacity on a Tuesday morning.  We celebrated in style with many old friends from across the years coming back to join in the fun!  The church was open from 2pm on Sunday 8th February with a display of photos and fun activities to enjoy.  This was followed by a child friendly service of celebration and thanksgiving, refreshments and time to chat and catch up.  If you came along and enjoyed the day - please feel free to come to 'The Lighthouse' on once a month on Sunday afternoons from 3.30-5pm.
